- Take A329(M) to Reading. These directions take you to Reading Station Car Park.
- Leave A329(M) signposted to Reading, bearing left off the slip road and continue towards Reading town centre.
- Stay on this road through various sets of traffic lights, stay in the middle lane (you will go through Cemetery Junction - a busy area with shops. Keep following signs to the town centre.
- Just past the Royal Berkshire Hospital on your left, move into the right hand lane and after the next set of lights and a petrol station on your right, turn right into Sidmouth Street, marked to the Railway Station.
- At the end of this road, turn right. At the next lights which go around to the left, get into the middle lane and go straight on through the lights, heading for Caversham and Henley.
- Go straight on through the next lights, still heading for Caversham and Henley. You should have the prison on your left, and Homebase on your right.
- Take the first exit at the next roundabout (in front of Furniture Village) - this will take you past a church and the Forbury gardens - both on your left. This is Forbury Road.
- At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit, still heading for Caversham and Henley, go under the railway bridge and at the next roundabout (which is immediately after the railway bridge), take the first exit into Reading Station Car Park.
- Follow 'By Rail' directions below to walk to our office from the station car park.
From M4 Junction 11
- These directions take you to Reading Station Car Park.
- Take the road marked to Majeski Stadium (A33), keep on the A33 past numerous roundabouts and sets of traffic lights for about 4 miles.
- Turn right marked to 'The Oracle', go past the Oracle on your left on the raised road.
- Straight on at the lights at the junction. You should now have Queens Road Car Park on your left.
- At the next lights which go around to the left, get into the middle lane and go straight on through the next set of lights, heading for Caversham and Henley.
- Go straight on through the next lights, still heading for Caversham and Henley. You should have the prison on your left, and Homebase on your right.

By Rail
- Exit the station by Boots the chemist shop/Rail Air exit.
- Cross the road at the traffic lights directly in front of you.
- Turn left and on the next corner on the right-hand side is Brook Henderson House (previously called Venture House).
- Asteral is situated on the third floor.
- Please ring the bell and a member of staff will let you in.
